Refund Policy

Effective date: April 23, 2026

This Refund Policy describes when and how you may obtain a refund for eSIM data plans ("Data Plans") purchased from Sovrax LLC ("Sovrax", "we", "us"). It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

Because eSIM Data Plans are digital, prepaid products delivered instantly, refund eligibility is limited. Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.

1. When a Refund Is Available

A refund will generally be issued where all of the following conditions are met:

  • the request is submitted within 30 days of the original purchase;
  • the eSIM has not been installed on any device;
  • the eSIM has not been activated, and no data has been consumed;
  • the validity period of the Data Plan has not started; and
  • the Data Plan was purchased directly from Sovrax.

2. When a Refund Is Not Available

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • the eSIM has been installed, activated, or the validity period has started;
  • any amount of data has been consumed;
  • the Data Plan cannot be used due to an incompatible, carrier-locked, or unsupported device;
  • the wrong country, region, or plan was selected by the Customer at checkout;
  • the Customer is unable to install the eSIM due to failure to follow the installation instructions, insufficient device storage, operating-system issues, or similar user-side technical issues that are not attributable to us;
  • the request is submitted more than 30 days after the date of purchase;
  • the Data Plan was purchased through a third-party reseller (in which case the reseller's refund policy applies); or
  • the Service has been suspended or terminated due to a breach of our Terms & Conditions, including misuse of the Service or breach of any applicable fair-use, prohibited-use, or network policy.

3. Technical Issues Attributable to Sovrax

If you experience a technical problem that appears to be caused by a fault in the Service, please contact our support team before requesting a refund so we can attempt to diagnose and resolve the issue. Where we confirm that the issue is caused by a defect attributable to Sovrax (and not by your device, local network conditions, or user error), we will at our discretion reissue the Data Plan, provide a replacement, or issue a refund proportionate to the unused portion of the Data Plan.

To enable diagnosis, you agree to provide reasonable information requested by our support team, which may include device make and model, operating-system version, a screenshot of error messages, the approximate location of use, and network diagnostic details.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@360esim.com within the 30-day window with the following information:

  • the email address used at checkout;
  • the order number from your confirmation email;
  • the reason for the refund request; and
  • where applicable, a description of any technical issue and the information referenced in Section 3.

Our support team aims to respond to refund requests within 3 business days. We may request additional information necessary to verify eligibility.

5. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days after approval, though the time for the funds to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer. Refunds are issued in the original currency of the purchase; Sovrax is not responsible for any currency-conversion differences or fees charged by your bank.

6. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us at support@360esim.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Most concerns can be resolved quickly and directly. Unjustified chargebacks (for example, chargebacks raised after the eSIM has been activated and data consumed) may result in suspension of your account and future orders, without prejudice to any legal remedies available to us.

7. Statutory Rights

Where applicable consumer-protection laws in your country of residence provide you with mandatory rights that exceed those set out in this policy, those statutory rights continue to apply and are not limited by this policy. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction granting a statutory right of withdrawal for digital content, you acknowledge that by activating the eSIM or consuming data you expressly consent to immediate performance of the Service and waive any right of withdrawal to the extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, with the effective date shown at the top. Purchases are governed by the version of the policy in force at the time of purchase.
